Oriental Salad Recipe

2 pegs. Ramen noodles
1 oz. sesame seeds
4 oz. sliced almonds
4 oz. melted margarine/butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. oil
1 T. soy sauce
1 bunch sliced green onions
1 large or 2 small heads Napa cabbage

Saute noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in margarine/butter till light brown. Cool. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Stirring, boil for 1 minute and then cool.
Shred cabbage by hand. Add onions and noodle mixture to cabbage and toss. Toss with dressing when ready to serve.
