1 1/2 lbs. sausage
8 slices bread
3/4 c. grated cheese
4 eggs
1 t. salt
3/4 t. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain.
Beat together eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk. In greased 9x13 layer bread, then cheese, finally sausage. Pour egg mixture over top and let stand overnight. Dilute soup as directed and pour over top. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes until firm.
