Cajun Cashews Recipe

1 T. butter
2 tsp. red vinegar
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Cups cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Mix first 6 ingredients in medium sauce pan and over medium heat until butter melts and all are well incorporated. Add cashews and toss until they are well coated. Spread cashews in single layer on foil lined baking sheet. Bake 10 -15 minutes until golden brown. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO BURN. When nuts are done remove from pan and cool 5 minutes. Scrape nuts and any dried seasoning into a bowl and allow to cool completely.
