1 lb ground turkey (dark meat preferably)
1 jar mild salsa
shredded cheese (as much as you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Break up meat in a skillet with a little oil. When cooked through pour salsa in the pan. Stir and heat the salsa. Top with the cheese and cover. Cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
