2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 T cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.

Mix first 6 ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Add remaining ingredients, except butter and pecans, and beat for 4 minutes.

Pour into the pan. Add topping and pecans. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake 10 minutes longer.

Serve warm or cooled.
