1 1/2 c. Oil
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 (20 oz.) Can Cherry Pie Filling
1 1/2 c. Chopped Pecans

Beat together oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Stir in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

This bread is good with any kind of fruit pie filling. If you use apple or peach, just chop the fruit up before adding to the other ingredients.
