4 to 5 c. chopped Rhubarb
1 c. Sugar
1 Small Box Strawberry Jello
1 Box White Cake Mix
1 c. Water
1 Stick Butter or Margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9" x 13" pan. Cut up 4 to 5 cups of rhubarb and spread into pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 small box strawberry jello over top. Then sprinkle 1 box of White Cake Mix over these and spread to cover evenly. Pour 1 cup water over the cake mix. Melt 1 stick butter or margarine and pour over all ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
