1/2c. chopped nuts
1 box (18.5 oz) white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) blackberry or blackberry Fusion gelatin
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. blackberry wine (wine not imitation)

Glaze: 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c blackberry wine and 2 T. butter or margarine.

Preheat oven to 325º. Generously grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Sprinkle the pan with the nuts. In the large bowl of electric mixer, combine the cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs, oil and wine, beating on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 min., scraping bowl frequently but do not eat yet.

Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake 45 to 50 min.

When done, take cake from oven and pour half of the glaze over the warm cake while still in the pan. Let cool 30 min., turn cake out of pan and cool.

Add more confectioners sugar to remaining glaze until thickened and pour over cake.

Glaze: pour sugar, wine and butter into saucepan, bring to boil.
