1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c each onion and green pepper
1 clove of garlic minced
3/4 c (6 oz. can) tomato paste
3/4 c water
1 t each salt and paprika
1 can pork and beans
1 can chick peas (garbanzo beans)

Biscuits
1 1/2 c sifted all purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 c butter softened
1/2 c milk
1/2 c chopped Spanish olives

Directions:
Directions:
Filling- Brown beef, celery, onion and garlic until tender. Add water, tomato paste, salt and paprika. Reserve 1 cup for biscuits. Add beans and peas. Simmer while preparing biscuits.

Biscuits- Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until fine. Combine milk. Stir until moist. Knead on floured surface 12 times. Roll into a 12x9 inch rectangle.

Combine olives and reserved meat. Spread over dough. Roll up starting with the 12" side. Cut in 1" pieces. Place the meat mixture in a 9x13 casserole dish. Lay the sliced biscuits on top. Bake at 425º for 25-30 minutes.
