1(15oz) can bean sprouts (drained)
1/2 Cup chopped green beans
5 eggs slightly beaten
1 Cup shrimp ( could use chicken)
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 Tbsp. fat oil

Directions:
Directions:
combine onion, pepper, eggs, salt and bean sprouts and shrimp in a bowl. Heat 2 Tbsp. fat(oil) in a skillet. Add egg mixture ( 1 large spoonful for each patty). Cook slowly, run spatula under edges lifting so that uncooked parts flow underneath. Turn and cook otherside until brown. Drain on paper towel.
