1 pound sausage
1 small onion
2- 8 oz. cream cheese
fresh jalapeņos
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion and drain.
Mix in softened cream cheese.
Salt/pepper to taste
Wash and cut jalapenos in half (the long way), hollow out inside of jalapeno
Fill jalapeno with prepared mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top starts browning.

Beware of juices that may come out of jalapeno with cleaning them out. You may want to wear gloves and eye protection. The juices form the jalapeno will stay on your hand afterwards, so keep hands away from eyes.
