Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

First Layer:
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. Cool Whip

Second Layer:
2-3 3/4 oz. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Topping:
3 c. Cool Whip
Freshly grated lemon rind

Crust:
Mix butter, flour and nuts. Press into a 13x9 pan evenly. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Cool.

First Layer:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Mix well. Fold in 3 c. Cool Whip. Spread evenly on cooled crust.

Second Layer:
Mix both boxes of pudding with milk. Blend until smooth. Spread on top of first layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip.

Sprinkle freshly grated lemon rind and chill.
