1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 box dates
1 box raisins
2 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each, cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. wine
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until well blended. Beat eggs and add to creamed mixture along with the vanilla. Combine nuts, dates and raisins. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk until well mixed. Stir in fruit/nut mixture.

Bake in a tube pan at 350º for 1 hour. Turn out and cool.
