l bag hash browns
2 cups sour cream
2 cans mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Open bag of hash browns and let sit for 15 - 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients together, adding the hash browns last after mixing the others together well; save some of the cheese for the top (or grate more). Cover, and bake for 1 hour at 350.
(For the family at home, make half the recipe--this is too much, although the leftovers are good!!)

For the Daggs, I make the recipe X 6 or 7 in 2 large roasters--these bake for about 3 hours.
