2 cups flour
2 cups water
1 c. salt
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. cream of tartar

Directions:
Add all ingredients and heat to boil. Add desired color, while stirring. Take off of heat and knead until cool. Store in plastic container. This play dough will last for years.
