lb ground turkey

1 can no salt added tomatoes

1 cup diced green bell pepper

1 cup chopped onions

1 cup chopped cabbage

1 cup diced raw potatoes

2 packages of frozen mixed veggies (or your veggie of choice corn, peas, carrots etc.)

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 bay leaf (optional)

6 cups of water

Brown meat in large skillet. Remove drippings. Drain and add all ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for (1) hour.
