1 cup of Milk

Directions:

Cook 2 to 4 Pork Chops (1 inch thick) remove from frying pan and drain oil off and put pan back on stove on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, when butter melts take a wooden spoon and scrape jibblits loose from pan. In another bowl add 1/4 cup of flour and 1 cup milk and mix well and then add to pan. Stir until the gravy sets up, then add pork chops back into the pan and cover. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. With a side of biscuits, mashed potatoes and some veggies - you have a sweet meal!
