2 slices whole wheat bread
12 fat-free pretzel twists
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp salt-free spicy seasoning blend
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c egg substitute
1 can (14-3/4 oz) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/3 c finely chopped green pepper
1 T finely chopped jalapeņo pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place first five ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
In a bowl, combine the egg substitute salmon, onion, green pepper, jalapeņo, garlic and 1/2 crumb mixture. Shape into eight 1/2 in. think patties. Coat with remaining crumb mixture.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook patties in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
