3 avocadoes
2 T. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
2 ( 11 oz.) cans refried beans
1 lg. bunch green onions
3 med. Tomatoes, chopped
2 sm. Can sliced olives
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 pkgs. Corn chips
1 c. sour cream
c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Mash avocadoes and mix with lemon juice and salt. Combine in another bowl: the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread beans on bottom of a shallow serving platter. Top with avocado mixture: then spread sour cream mixture on top of that. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese. Serve chilled.
