1 Butt or Shank portion of ham
1 can coke
the juice of 1 can of sliced pineapple
1/2 box brown sugar
1/4 cup of Zatarrain's liquid crab boil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together coke, pineapple juice, brown sugar and liquid crab boil. Pour over ham. Bake at 325 for approximately 3 hours or until done.
Baste ham several times during cooking.
