1 pkg. Garlic and Herb Cheese spread (Alloutette or Rondele)
1 stick butter
2 pt. mushroom caps (washed with stems removed)
1 c. Parmesan Cheese removed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick butter in microwave. dip each mushroom cap in butter,just enough to cover. Place caps in Pyrex dish. Set aside. In separate container gradually add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese to 1 package of Garlic and Cheese spread. The consistency will be thick like Playdoh. Roll this mixture into small balls and squash them down into each mushroom cap. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown on top. Serve Hot.
