1 c. dry Long Grain White Rice
1 8 oz. Jar Cheese Whiz
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pkg. Broccoli, frozen, chopped [can use 2 pkgs]
1 stick Margarine
1/2 c. Celery, chopped
1/2 c. Onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º. Cook rice according to directions. Pour boiling Water over Broccoli, let stand 5 minutes. Cook Celery and Onion in Margarine until soft. Drain off Water from Broccoli. Mix Rice, Broccoli, Onion & Celery mixture together, bake in casserole dish until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
