Cooked Red Beans (use left over red beans - or you can use canned beans, but cook them first)
1 pound of ground beef
1 pack chili mix
2 small cans of tomato sauce
bag of corn chips
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Line the casserole dish with corn chips.
3. Cook ground beef with chili mix and tomato sauce. (use instructions on chili mix)
4. Heat red beans on low.
5. Pour red beans over chips then top with chili mixture.
6. Add cheese
7. Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes so that cheese melts.
