Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 full boneless chicken breasts
milk or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut breasts in half. Place in microwaveable container or casserole dish. Barely cover with milk or broth.

Cover container or cover casserole dish with plastic wrap, tightly sealed with a few holes pierced in top.

Microwave on high about 6-8 minutes for 2 breasts. Allow to cool in liquid. Use or store for later use.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This makes wonderful moist chicken breast for chicken salad, pizza or any receipe where pre-cooked chopped or sliced chicken can be used.

It is best prepared in batches of 2 full breasts, but I have done 3 successfully. The important thing is to not overcook the breasts.
