Dressing:
4 cups apple cider
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Salad:
2-3 bags of mixed greens
1-2 bags of candied walnuts
2-3 boxes of crumbled goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
For the dressing, slowly boil the apple cider down to 1/2 cup and let cool. Whisk in the remaining ingredients.

Toss the salad ingredients and add the dressing.
