1 - 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 large carrots, diced
1 rib celery, diced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups cooked wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Brown the ground beef, onion, carrots and celery; drain if needed. Add other ingredients. Put into a casserole. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
