2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. crisco shortening
6 c. flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine milk and shortening; add sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add well beaten eggs, then yeast which has been dissolved in water. Add 2 cups of flour at a time and beat in. Then knead on floured board. Grease top of dough and set in warm place to rise. When doubled in size, punch down. Form dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place in 9 x 13 inch or 8 inch round greased pans and let rise again until doubled in size. Bake in 350º oven until nicely browned.

For cinnamon rolls; roll out dough, butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll up and cut off in 1 inch slices. Let rise until doubled and bake as indicated above. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
