3 T. margarine
3 T. flour
1-2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated American cheese
salt and pepper to taste
3 c. cubed cooked potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour, stirring until brown. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese, still stirring until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Place potatoes in greased baking dish and pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
