2 cups warm water
2 packages yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
3 tsp. salt
6 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast and sugar together in large bowl. Add following ingredients in order given: oil, eggs, salt and flour. Mix/knead well and let rise till double. Roll out, spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up, slice, and place in greased pans. Let rise till double, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Have ready the caramel sauce, pour over rolls, and bake for two more minutes.

Carmel sauce:
Bring to a boil,
1 1/2 cups butter
3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup water
