1 15 ounce can pumpkin
1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
Spiced topping

Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches. Beat all ingredients except pecans and topping until smooth. about 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater: Stir in pecans and pour into plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
50 to 55 minutes: cool completely.

Prepare spiced topping and spread over pie.

Spiced topping: mix 1 1/2 cups frozen (thawed) whipped topping and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
