1 pkg (10 oz) Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 pkg ( 8 oz) Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1 can ( 8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 envelope ( 1 oz) reach salad dressing mix
Directions:

Mix all ingredient with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and refrigerate
