2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup green peppercorns
1/4 cup beef stock
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup water

4 steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Combine cream, peppercorns, stock and garlic in a medium sized saucepan. Stir over medium heat just until mixture begins to bubble around the edges. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, mix flour and water. Add to the sauce and stir over medium heat until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

Grill steaks and serve with the sauce
