3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt
11/2 cups Hot Chicken Broth
6 cups flour




1 Stewing Chicken
3 quarts water
Salt to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs in pan, add oil and beat in to blend. Add salt and chicken broth. Add mixture to salted flour to make soft dough. Roll out on floured cloth. Let stand until chicken is tender.

Let dumplings dry about 45 minutes.
