1/2 lb. bacon
small onion
2 lb. venison, cut into cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, cut into small pieces and put in crock pot. Chop medium onion, add to bacon. Brown venison cubes in bacon grease. Add to crock pot. add soup, stir and simmer on low/medium heat for 8 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.

This excellent hot beef can be made ahead and frozen, just thaw and reheat for a fast meal.
