Boneless Chicken breasts (cubed)
Various vegetables (carrots, green pepper,
zucchini,yellow squash, broccoli, mushrooms-
cut or sliced into bite sizes
Soy Sauce
McCormick's Salad Supreme seasoning
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour about 2 tablespoons of Olive oil in wok or large skillet and turn on high heat. Add chicken and stir as it cooks. When it starts getting brown, pour in a little water so that it bubbles and browns the chicken. Sprinkle on a little soy sauce and continue to stir. Add veggies - starting from the densest to the least dense (ex: broccoli, green pepper, carrots, squash, then mushrooms). As the veggies cook, sprinkle on a little Salad Supreme and Soy sauce (to taste) and continue stirring until desired tenderness of veggies.

Serve hot with other sides or as it is.
