1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 butter recipe cake mix
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ cup melted butter
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese; softened
1 8 oz container whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

•Line 9x13 inch pan with waxed paper.
•Mix the pumpkin, condensed milk, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth; pour into the prepared pan.
•Sprinkle with the cake mix and walnuts and pat into the pumpkin mixture. Pour the butter over the top.
•Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes. Invert onto a tray and remove the waxed paper.
•To make the frosting: beat the cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
•Spread frosting over the bars and cool. Cut into squares to serve. (Hint: freeze for 10 minutes before cutting.)
