1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 3 oz. strawberry jello
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
4 c. sliced strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cookie dough on pizza pan or cookie sheet and bake as directed until cookie is light brown. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cookie. Dissolve and cook until thickened, the jello, sugar, cornstarch, and water. When this is thickened, remove from heat and fold in strawberries. Spread strawberries mixture over Cool Whip. Refrigerate until serving.
