2 - 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 jar pesto sauce
1 bag farfalle (bowtie pasta)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
Freshly ground salt and pepper
Italian seasoning

In a large stockpot, bring water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, drizzle a large saute pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about five minutes; add in garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, and continue cooking chicken until done (7-10 minutes). Remove chicken from heat. Drain pasta then return to the pot. Set the heat to low. Stir in chicken, then cream and pesto, and cook for about five minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan. Serve immediately.
