Slices of bread
eggs
butter
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cut out a medium size circle in the center of the slice of bread (can use a small glass). Butter both sides of bread. Place in a heated skillet. Add an egg into the eye (cut out circle), break the yolk. Salt and pepper to taste. Butter the circle of bread and place butter side up over the egg, cook until the bottom side of bread is toasted. Turn over and cook the other side until toasted and egg is cooked to desired taste. Serve with salsa or ketchup.
