1 gal. sliced apples (water packed) drained
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with drained apples and pour into a 15 1/2 x 10 in. greased baking pan. Place on top the butter cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with small amount of cinnamon. Bake 1 hour in 350º oven, stirring once after 30 mins. At the end of baking time, may turn on broiler to brown a little.
