Large Crock Pot (6 or 6 1/2 qt. size)
8 - 8 1/2 lb. Smoked Picnic

Unwrap, including the netting, the picnic, and place skin side down into the crock pot. Add 2 in. of water in the bottom, and place the lid on top. If the lid will not completely close, trim off amount necessary on the skin side and stick it in the side, if room. Cook on high 6 hrs. and when it cuts off, reprogram back on high and cook another hr. or until it has browned as you like. Remove from pot and let cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
