2 jars (32oz. each) dill pickle slices or spears
3 c. sugar
1T. hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pickles and throw out juice (unless you like to drink it). In a large bowl, combine pickles,sugar, pepper sauce and pepper flakes; mix thoroughly. Cover and let stand for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Spoon pickles and liquid evenly into 3 pint jars; add a garlic clove to each. Cover and refrigerate at least a week before using. Keep stored in the refrigerator.
