1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 bananas mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. nuts

For topping:
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Heat oven to 350º Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased and floured muffin pan or use muffin cups. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
