1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. milk

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
3 T. butter, softened
1 t. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating till smooth after each addition. Spread into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Combine topping ingredients together and sprinkle over coffee cake batter. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
