Ingredients:  
6 large potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 medium onions, chopped
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed
1 tbsp minced fresh or dried chives
1-2 tsp season salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Grease casserole dish and spread in dish. Cover with foil and back in 350º oven for 1 hour. Put the rest of the cheese on and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
