1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
3 Eggs, well beaten
1 stick Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Lowry's Seasoned Salt [optional]
Tabasco, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Grits according to package directions [either quick-cooking or traditional], add Cheese, Eggs, Butter, and seasonings. Pour into casserole pan approximately 12" X 8". Bake at 250º for 1 1/2 hour.

Shirley Moroney is from Ft. Smith, Arkansas, and we loved her recipe for these Grits - this is a truly Southern Dish; serve with Eggs, Biscuits, Bacon or Ham with Country Cream Gravy or Red-Eye Gravy. Also good on a Buffet with Ham for Easter or Brunch.
