Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cream Jello:
1 pkg. Knox Gelatin
1 c. Sugar
1 pt. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Lemon Extract or Fresh Juice
Fruit Jell-Os:
2 Large Pkgs. Jell-O [same or different flavors]
Water or Fruit Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Gelatin: Mix Gelatin with Sugar, and Half & Half; stir together in sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat, then cool to room temperature and stir in Lemon Extract or Juice, leave at room temperature to cool. Jell-O: Prepare 2 lg. packages of Jell-O the same or two different flavors, using less water or liquid than the 4 cups called for on each package instructions. [Fruit juice in place of water is tasty]. Leave at room temperature. Lightly oil two large loaf pans or one Bundt pan or a large decorative glass trifle or compote bowl. Pour 1/2 cup of 1st Jell-O color into pan, let set up in refrigerator for 20 minutes, next pour the same amount of Cream Gelatin, let set for 20 minutes in refrigerator, now repeat with the colored Jell-O [either the same color or the 2nd color if using two colors], let set up in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Continue alternating colored Jell-O with Cream Gelatin and letting each layer chill to set up.

This is another recipe I learned from Shirley Moroney. If you use a Bundt pan you will need to gradually increase the amount of Jello liquids since the pan flairs out. If you want to turn the Salad out of the pan/s to serve, dip pan quickly in hot water and then turn out. If you use a Glass Compote bowl it is a beautiful layered look and doesn't have to be turned out. At Christmas - use Red & Green Jell-O with the Cream Gelatin for a Holiday look. This is both beautiful and delicious!
