8 oz package cream cheese, softened
3 oz package orange jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 (15 oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and jello powder; stir in water until jello is dissolved. Refrigerate one hour or until thickened, stirring frequently. Fold whipped cream, 3/4 cup marshmallows and remaining oranges into jello mixture. Put in a serving bowl and top with the remaining marshmallows. Chill until firm. Serves 8-10.
