1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup frozen, unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup finely chopped apple, peeled and cored
1 large egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder in large bowl. Combine milk, apple juice concentrate, apples and egg white; add to flour mixture and stir until smooth. Spray griddle or skillet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Spoon batter, 2 tbsp at a time, onto griddle. Cook until golden brown; flip and cook other side until golden
serve with Apple Syrup (see additional recipe)
