1 lb liver sausage
8 oz cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sweet basil
1 tsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp minced onion
1/8 tsp tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mash sausage with a fork. Blend in garlic, basil and onion. Mold into a ball and chill well. Frost with remaining ingredients, blended and garnish.
